The Ndlovu Youth Choir, one of South Africa’s most talented and vibrant musical acts, is set to take the North Coast by storm with a live performance on 3 June 2023 at THE MANOR HOUSE VENUE in Salt Rock. Presented by ZA Fest, in partnership with SEATON ESTATE, this highly anticipated concert promises to be a spectacular event, showcasing the choir’s unique blend of African rhythms, contemporary beats, and world-class vocals.
Whilst the concert promises to be an unforgettable experience that will thrill audiences from start to finish, it is actually the launch of the ZA Fest brand, an exciting new annual arts festival planned for 2024. Honing in on music, comedy, theatre, markets, food, sport & lifestyle interests, the family-friendlyZA Fest promises to shake up the arts & lifestyle scene in the Ballito/Salt Rock North Coast area. ZA Fest will also deliver a series of varying lifestyle events throughout the year at THE MANOR HOUSE VENUE, leading up to the annual ZA FEST.
For the launch event on 3 June, the choir will be supported by Veranda Panda, Black Lapels & Freddy L Band, creating an afternoon of family friendly music festival vibes. Gates will open at 14h00, with the live music starting at 14h30. Attendees will have ample time to get settled, enjoy thesupport acts and explore the beautiful family friendly venue, which will include a kids’ play area, before the main act. The venue is located in picturesque Salt Rock, and along with ample safe parking, will provide a scenic setting for this unforgettable musical experience.
The Ndlovu Youth Choir will be performing in New York in August, at the invitation of the prestigious Carnegie Hall, and also embarking on their first ever North American tour. This is a rare opportunity to see the choir perform on home soil before they take their incredible talents to an international stage.
Food vendors and bar facilities will be available on-site. No food, drinks or umbrellas will be allowed into the venue, but patrons can bring camping chairs, blankets etc. and makean afternoon of it.
