Purely Local Jozi
I don’t think there’s any right or wrong way to ‘achieve wellness’ – rather it’s about being curious and open to discovering how we can thrive and not just survive. Whether that’s carving out some time for yourself in a busy day to meditate or do a spot of yoga, getting advice from a professional on pursuing new studies or a career, or just finding a form of movement that you don’t dread, there’s plenty of paths to living our best lives.
Although, it’s all easier said than done when it’s been a long day at work and the TV is calling your name! So I hope that this issue gives you plenty of inspiration to get started or keep going, and as Lisa Raleigh says in her interview, remember to celebrate the small wins along the way. Lastly, before you tuck into our latest issue, remember to follow us on our socials to stay connected with the Purely Local Jozi community!
