For the first time in the event’s history, the highly anticipated Sappi Scottburgh MTB & Trail Run will start and finish at the exquisite Crocworld Conservation Centre on the KZN South Coast. Competitors are encouraged to book now for the race taking place on Sunday, 22 September 2024, with Crocworld announcing a flat entry rate of R60 per person on the day, and great food and drink specials.
“We are delighted to have been chosen as the host venue for this fantastic race, and look forward to welcoming the mountain biking and trail running enthusiasts, as well as the many spectators coming out to show their support,” said Crocworld Conservation Centre Manager, James Wittstock. “Scottburgh is a popular sporting events destination, and to show our support, we’re setting the entrance fee at a flat rate of R60 per person with no charge for children under three years.”
The stunning Fish Eagle Café, based at Crocworld Conservation Centre, will also be running some great food and drinks specials – for competitors and spectators – from 6am to 4pm on the day. Some of the delectable offerings will include:

· Peanut butter, banana & oats smoothies
· Mixed berry & Greek yoghurt smoothies
· Espressos and cappuccinos
· Whey powder chocolate/strawberry-flavoured milk
